At-Home Learning

While teachers and principals are the first line of guidance and support for students, an At-Home Learning Hotline is being set up that students or parents can call at 469-593-0286 for back-up guidance and assistance.

Counseling Support

If a student or parent needs counseling support during this difficult and uncertain time, the counseling helpline is a resource for RISD families at 469-593-7472. Please leave a message with your name and school and a counselor will call you back within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Of course, in the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Need a Student Device

Parents of students in grades 3-12 (or K-12 for special education) who do not yet have a student device can call their school to request that one be issued through the RISD Help Desk. School phones will be staffed during normal school hours with messages checked regularly.

Student Device Support

Parents or students who need assistance with a student device not functioning properly can call the RISD Help Desk at 469-593-4357.

Free or Reduced-Cost Internet Access

RISD is not associated with any Internet service provider and cannot assist with obtaining, setting up, maintaining or troubleshooting home Internet access.
