Payroll and Employee Benefits
The Employee Benefits and Payroll Department is responsible for administering the district’s employee benefit programs to support the well-being of our employees and their families. In conjunction with the RISD Employee Benefit Committee, we continuously review and monitor the RISD benefit plans to assure competitive benefits packages for our employees. We are pleased to make many benefit programs available to all eligible employees.
The department is also responsible for the preparation and distribution of monthly, biweekly, substitute payroll and related employee benefits. We are committed to serving employees by providing reliable, quality and timely support of compensation, benefits and payroll tax related services.
