She is a proponent for equity in identification and services at the campus and district levels, as well as the state level through her work with TAGT&#8217;s Equity Resource Committee.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kelsey invests so much of herself in her students so they can grow into their most successful selves,&#8221;&nbsp;RISD Director of Advanced Learning Monica Simonds says. &#8220;She sees each student as a unique learner, and she takes great joy in joining alongside them in their journey. She is a teacher leader who collaborates with teachers so they can support all learners.
