The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cottonwoodartfestival.com\/2024\/03\/richardson-students-recognized-as-top-10-emerging-artists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">People\u2019s Choice Award is open for voting by the public<\/a>\u00a0and ends at noon on April 16. On Wednesday, April 17, there will be a reception honoring all these artists at the Eisemann Center from 6 to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default
