Both ratings agencies said the outlook on RISD\u2019s debt remains stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moody\u2019s analysts cited RISD\u2019s \u201csound financial operations&#8221; and &#8220;conservative expenditure management&#8221; as rationale in assigning the top rating. The underlying triple-A rating also reflects the school district\u2019s strong and stable local economy supported by a favorable location within the greater Dallas metropolitan area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richardson ISD is one of a handful of Texas school districts that maintain the highest available bond ratings.
