This year\u2019s team brings together 24 junior and senior student athletes from all four RISD high schools, nominated by their coaches for their leadership and commitment to their teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by Executive Director of Athletics Lonnie Jordan and Assistant Athletic Directors Kevin Pitts and Lindsay Ledford, SALT members meet monthly to develop leadership skills, explore mental health and wellness, and learn how they can help create a positive team culture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please join us in welcoming and celebrating this year\u2019s SALT student
