class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGoals are bold resolutions that dedicate the district\u2019s resources and energies toward the continuous creation of systems to achieve the extraordinary, as expressed in the North Star goal, Graduate Profile, and the Call to Action. The following goals will guide the district over the next five years and are based on the critical opportunities from the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis conducted by the design team.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52b3740 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"52b3740\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Specific Results<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b8d3b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b8d3b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Specific results are the actions necessary to accomplish the strategies. Specific results are aligned with the district beliefs, call to action and North Star Goal to ensure desired outcomes for all learners.<br \/><br \/>Annual review of the Strategic Plan will yield relevant timelines for the respective Specific Results. In addition, as associated Action Plans are designed in response to district and community needs, Year 5 Specific Results will be shaped.
