According to Texas Tax Code Section 1.08(1), a mailed tax payment is considered timely if:\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d1259a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d1259a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>It is sent via regular first-class mail with postage prepaid, and<\/li><li>Bears a postmark dated on or before the payment due date.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18ebcd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"18ebcd4\"
