About Your Tax Statement
The 2020 tax statements were mailed in October 2020. If you have an escrow with your lender, the lender should request the tax statement for payment. All other statements will be sent to the property owner. If you would like a copy of your tax statement, you may print one off this website (see above). You may also call our office and we can mail, email or fax a tax statement to you. If you receive a tax statement and you have an escrow with your lender, please contact your lender.
The 2020 tax statement covers taxes from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. Payment is due upon receipt and is due no later than January 31, 2021. A postmark of January 31, 2021 is acceptable. Payments postmarked after January 31st will be assessed penalty and interest. A metered date is NOT considered a postmark.
We suggest you have the post office hand stamp the date on your envelope to guarantee a January postmark. The same policy applies to each month thereafter.
