The below tools are district-provided AI tools. These are the preferred and recommended LLM tools for Richardson ISD staff. Personal information and data should not be entered into any non-district platforms, and any outside AI tools should be used with caution.
- SchoolAI is a tool that allows teachers to create custom and personalized experiences for students that leverage AI. Teachers access SchoolAI through ClassLink and can assign activities to students. Student access is moderated by the teacher. Students will access the tool through a link or QR provided by the teacher.
- Copilot is an AI-powered tool that helps educators streamline their work and support student learning by enhancing lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Teachers can access Copilot through the web browser using their Outlook account to sign in.

- Gemini AI is a digital tool that allows educators to create enriched lesson plans and administrative tasks while enhancing the teacher’s ability to personalize learning for every student.
