Employee Leaves and Absences

The Richardson Independent School District offers employees paid and unpaid leaves of absence to assist them in times of personal need.

Persons who are employed to work less than fifty percent (50%) of the day, temporary employees, student workers, and volunteers are not considered regularly employed by the district and are ineligible to receive or use leave benefits unless otherwise required by law.
