PASS Program
Overview
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has opened applications for the Parent Access to Supplemental Supports (PASS) program, which provides eligible students with a $400 account for approved literacy tutoring services.
Students who received a “Did Not Meet Grade Level” on the Grade 3 Reading Language Arts (RLA) STAAR assessment beginning in spring 2026 may be eligible. Families can use PASS funds for approved in-person or virtual tutoring services.
