TASBO Award of Merit
The Richardson ISD Purchasing Department has received the 2024 TASBO Award of Merit for Purchasing and Operations.
The award is provided to School Districts and Education Service Centers statewide that are committed to following professional standards in the acquisition of goods and services.
In determining the Award of Merit designees, TASBO reviewed various procedures and practices including organization, policies & procedures, contract operations, staff training and certification, p-card systems (if applicable), warehousing, use of technology, communication, and management of co-operative programs.
