Community Engagement
Overview
Community engagement is a priority through the entire development of Strategic Plan 2023. There are several ways for the greater RISD community to engage throughout the process:
- Design Team Participants
- Virtual Progress Meeting – 2- 1 hr sessions to share progress of Strategic Plan with stakeholders
- Collaboratives – Up to 60 participants at each session to include participants from all Learning Communities, opportunity to share progress of Strategic Plan with the community Stakeholders to get input
- Strategic Metrics Committees aligned to proposed goals
