Strategic Plan 2023
The strategic planning process will result in a comprehensive, five-year plan that will include goals and objectives to guide continuous improvement priorities based on considerable research, extensive input from a variety of stakeholders, and consensus on the vision and mission of the district as well as support the outcomes of the district’s Graduate Profile, adopted in 2022.
What is Strategic Planning?
Strategic Planning is a process the district uses to identify their continuous improvement goals, the strategies necessary to accomplish those goals and the internal systems used to monitor and evaluate progress. Strategic Planning sets direction and identifies priorities for the district, prioritizes resource allocation and is a tool to support the district’s continuous improvement. The district is on a five year strategic plan implementation cycle and since implementing the 2017 plan, has reached the 90% implementation threshold to activate the next five year plan.
The district’s Graduate Profile, adopted in 2022, will serve as an important tool to set direction for the development of Strategic Plan 2023.
