Leadership and Intervention

The Leadership and Intervention Team provides and manages the RISD programs that ensure our youngest learners receive a strong foundation as well as intervention and enrichment support from Pre-Kindergarten through graduation. In addition to supporting all learners, the Leadership and Intervention Team provides engaging professional learning for leaders at all levels.

Early Childhood Services

The Child Learning Academy programs will serve children of full time Richardson ISD employees starting at 6 weeks of age, until they are eligible for Pre-K at age 3.

Pre-K

The Pre-K team ensures cohesiveness across campuses from enrollment of students, to curriculum and instruction development, and professional learning and coaching of teachers in educational best practices for our littlest learners.

Multi-Tiered Systems of Support

The MTSS and Intervention and Enrichment Teams support an interconnected system that includes guidance to campuses from the implementation of universal screeners, to data analysis and professional learning, resulting in targeted individualized intervention and enrichment plans for all students.
