Superintendent Search

Richardson ISD is currently in the process of identifying the next superintendent. This webpage includes information and resources specific to the search process. All RISD stakeholders, including students, employees, parents, residents, taxpayers, and community partners, are invited to participate in the search process by providing feedback through a variety of opportunities.

Stakeholder feedback will be used to create a profile that will be used to identify and recruit potential superintendent candidates.

The RISD Board of Trustees will interview potential candidates with the goal of having RISD’s next superintendent identified and in place by August 9, 2022.
