Single-Member District 5

Rachel McGowan – Vice President, single-member district 5; elected in May 2022. Ms. McGowan is a corporate sales representative. She and her husband, Lukwon McClellan, have a daughter in elementary school. McGowan, who graduated from Lake Highlands High School, has a son who graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 2026 and a daughter in college, who also graduated from LHHS.
