Summer Programs
Summer xPlore
- Summer xPlore will be offered at Arapaho Classical Magnet.
- Days: Monday thru Friday
- Time: 6:30 am – 6:00 pm
- Dates: June 3 – August 2 (No program June 19 or July 4)
- RISD Employees Only: August 5-9
- Summer Attractions: Strike and Reel, Inflatables & Bounce House, B&B Theater, Teacher Creature, Urban Air Adventure Park, and Just Dance “DJ”
- xPlore does not provide transportation.
- Enrollment Fee: $80 Per Child
- Weekly Rates: $200 Per Child
- Employee Rate: $100 Per Child
Ignite Summer Learning Program
Please note: IGNITE is free of charge. There is a fee for xPlore. xPlore care will be available at the following sites to accommodate students enrolled in RISD’s Summer IGNITE Program.
IGNITE PK
- Days: Monday thru Friday
- Time: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Dates: June 5 – June 29
- Cost: Enrollment Fee $0
- Weekly Rate: $30 Per child
- xPlore does not provide transportation.
- xPlore can only answer xPlore related questions for summer. Please visit the Summer School website for questions related to RISD summer programming.
IGNITE Grade 2 and 6
- Days: Monday thru Thursday
- Time: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Dates: June 4 – June 25
- Students have the option to attend full day Friday’s at Arapaho Classical Magnet for an additional fee.
- Cost: Enrollment Fee $0
- Weekly Rate: $25 Per child
- xPlore does not provide transportation.

- To register for Summer xPlore, the student must be enrolled in RISD for the 2023-24 academic school year.
- Please do not put an email in for your emergency contacts.
Important Information Regarding Payments and Registration for Summer IGNITE
- Please click here for instructions with creating an online account, in Eleyo, our management system.
- To register for IGNITE Summer xPlore, the student must be enrolled in RISD for the 2023-2024 academic school year
- If you plan to share financial responsibility, please email xPlore@risd.org for the form. The primary account holder will need to complete the form, sign, and then email to xPlore@risd.org. We will then ask the secondary to sign and return to the xPlore office for our records
- Please do not put an email in for your emergency contacts.
Important - Your student is not registered in this program until you have:
- Received email confirmation from Eleyo that your contract has been approved.
- Your payment has been successfully processed.
