- Registration fees are charged upon contract acceptance and are non-refundable.
- Registration fees are charged each time students are re-enrolled via parent withdrawal and/or nonpayment of xPlore tuition.

- Billing & Due Dates: Weekly tuition is billed on Wednesdays for the upcoming week and is due on Thursdays.
Prepaid Policy: As a prepaid program, accounts must be in good standing to maintain enrollment. - Late Payments & Balances: Late payments made on Friday will accrue a late payment fee of $10, which will show up on the upcoming invoice. Accounts with remaining balances after 12:00 PM Friday are removed.
- Attendance: Students are unable to attend xPlore Afterschool Programs and must be re-registered to participate.
- Re-enrollment Fees: Re-registering requires submitting a new registration and incurs standard enrollment fees.
Fees - Sibling rates include an additional $30 per child

Effective Immediately, our online payment platform will include processing fees for electronic transactions. To give you flexibility, we offer both electronic and fee-free payment options.
Please review the breakdown below:
- ACH (Electronic Check) & Debit Card: A processing fee of 2.79% of your total amount due, (capped at $5.00) plus a $0.39 transaction fee per payment, will be applied.
- Credit Card: A processing fee of 2.79% of your total amount due, (no cap on credit cards) plus a $0.39 transaction fee per payment, will be applied.
- Check or Money Order (Fee-Free): You may completely avoid these online processing fees by making your payment in person via check or money order.
- RISD employees may also choose payroll deduction.
