- Registration fees are charged upon contract acceptance and are non-refundable.
- Registration fees are charged each time students are re-enrolled via parent withdrawal and/or nonpayment of xPlore tuition.
- Families that register for both morning and afternoon pay one registration fee.

- Excessive late pickup fees and late payment fees may result in xPlore contract removal
- Contract submission for multiple campuses may result in all contracts being removed.
- xPlore tuition is due weekly regardless of district closures; including inclement weather.
- Accounts that are 2 weeks behind and removed from the program, must have the entire balance paid prior to the students return.
