Richardson High School beat Arlington Martin in bi-district to advance to the area round but lost to Hebron High School on Feb. 16.
Richardson High School and Lake Highlands High School girls basketball teams have qualified for the state playoffs. Richardson placed second in District 7-6A, and Lake Highlands finished third. Lake Highlands played Arlington Bowie Feb. 13 at Dallas Pinkston High School. Richardson played Arlington Martin in the bi-district round Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Lewisville High School.
The Lake Highlands boys team finished 16-0 in district play and is ranked No. 11 in the nation. The Wildcats will play Arlington Bowie in the bi-district round on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at Lewisville High School at 7 p.m. Click here for ticket information.
RHS boys finished third in District 7-6A and will play Arlington Sam Houston on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. at South Oak Cliff High School.
