It was a great morning kicking off the 2024-25 Professional Internship Program with the City of Richardson and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.
More than 100 RISD seniors are participating in PIP this year to gain real world experience in engineering, healthcare, law, tech and more. Many thanks to Mayor Dubey, Mayor Pro Tem Shamsul, Kim Quirk and the Chamber, and the numerous area businesses that are helping this program grow. #RISDBeTheOne
RISD trustees heard an in-depth presentation from district Special Student Services staff about how special education services are provided to students in RISD.
The deadline to apply is Aug. 30.
Students in third grade through senior year now use Schoology as their learning management system to receive and submit digital assignments.
