After reviewing feedback from stakeholders, RISD Trustees have adopted option B as RISD’s 2021-2022 school year calendar. The school year will begin on August 17 and conclude on May 27.

The RISD Dyslexia Training Center has been formally accredited by both the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) and The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) – one of just five ISDs in Texas and the country.
