Richardson ISD’s Multilingual Education Team invites parents and families to a special day of learning, celebration, and community building! This free event is designed to support multilingual families and highlight the power of speaking many languages.

- Family Workshops – Discover tools to support your child’s success in RISD.
- Student Showcases – Enjoy performances, music, and cultural celebrations.
- Free Resources – Access information from RISD and local community partners.
- Food and Fun – Join us for lunch and family-friendly activities.
- Connect & Celebrate – Meet other multilingual families and build community.
Event Schedule:
- 10:00–10:30 a.m. – Welcome
- 10:30–11:15 a.m. – Session 1
- 11:20 a.m.–12:05 p.m. – Session 2
- 12:10–1:00 p.m. – Lunch & Exhibit
- 1:00–1:45 p.m. – Session 3
Good to Know:
- Free Childcare is available for students in grades Pre-K through 6, provided by RISD’s xPlore program.
- Free Transportation is offered from select apartment communities.
