RISD received a grant from the Arby’s Foundation for $162,326.88 to help eliminate cafeteria meal debt through Dec. 31, 2023.
Last fall, the Arby’s Foundation decided to donate $1 million to help school districts eliminate school lunch debt. The Arby’s Foundation anticipates giving out nearly 200 grants to schools across the U.S.
