RISD recently celebrated the Class of 2023 AVID graduating seniors, all of whom have worked hard to prepare for college.
This year’s 271 AVID seniors collected more than 1,200 acceptance letters from four-year colleges and are taking home over $20 million in scholarships.
Congratulations to all these AVID students, teachers, and parents! #RISDBelieves

Brianna Mora doesn’t need to see every move to know her next step. The blind Berkner High School sophomore uses her experience, a sharp sense of rhythm and support from her teammates to perform with the Bandoleras drill team and Folklórico team. For Mora, the joy of dance is worth overcoming every challenge.
