Moody’s, S&P Reaffirm RISD’s Strong Ratings
Moody’s Investors Service assigned its Aaa underlying rating and Standard & Poor’s assigned its underlying AA-plus rating to Richardson ISD’s upcoming sale of $25 million of school building bonds.
