Facility Use
Overview:
Richardson ISD values its connection to the community and is pleased to make its facilities available for lease to qualified organizations and civic groups when space is available and use is consistent with the Leasing Terms and Conditions.
Priority of usage is given first to campus and various RISD-related activities.
Campus personnel are not authorized to approve non-school use of District facilities, including gymnasiums and athletic fields. All requests for non-school use must be submitted through the Facility Leasing System.
Submit a Request:
Richardson ISD is pleased to partner with PracticePlan to streamline the facility rental process for community organizations and individuals.
To submit a facility rental request, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the Practice Plan website.
- Click Sign Up to create a Participant Account.
- Search for a Richardson ISD campus by name or enter your ZIP code.
- Select your desired facility and complete the required information to submit your reservation request.
Once your request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the Richardson ISD Facility Leasing Department. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your request throughout the approval process.
