Lake Highlands finished third in District 7-6A and Berkner finished fourth, as both teams advance to the UIL state football playoffs. Lake Highlands went 8-2 this season and will play a 5-5 South Grand Prairie team in the Gopher-Warrior Bowl in Grand Prairie on Friday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. Click here for tickets. Berkner finished 5-5 in 2022 and will play Arlington Martin (9-1) in Choctaw Stadium in Arlington on Friday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. Click here for tickets. Parking is $15 per car, credit only with no presale.

Pearce HS Softball is the District Champion with an undefeated record in district play. Richardson HS and Berkner HS are also headed to the UIL Playoffs.
