Richardson ISD Parents,

As you know, RISD is a special district, focused on the academic growth of every student. Each year, we recruit motivated, qualified and caring people to join our team in support of the children and young adults of our community.

From classroom teachers and classroom aides to bus drivers and child nutrition staff, positions are posted for immediate consideration for the 2024-25 school year.

We offer experienced educators among the most aggressive pay structures in North Texas. Teachers with five to 25 years of experience can make between $63,500 and $81,000 annually and even higher with more experience. We are especially seeking bilingual teachers who receive an additional $6,000 stipend and special education teachers who get stipends between $2,000 and $4,000.

Serving in the district where your children attend school can be an amazing and rewarding experience. You enjoy similar schedules, very competitive compensation and benefits, and have an opportunity to positively impact your community and learning environment for all students.

Please visit our Human Resources website to learn more about working in RISD and view current openings.

As an RISD employee, parent, and resident, I am fully invested in the success of our school district, and I invite you to consider joining our team!

Warmest Regards,
Tabitha Branum
Superintendent
