MST Student Wins MLK Essay Contest Again

City of Richardson Art and Essay Contest

Hafsa Sayeed, a sixth-grader at MST, won the City of Richardson’s Martin Luther King Jr. essay contest for the second straight year. She also won the city’s Black History Month art contest in 2022. Click here to see her explain her vision.

Pearce senior Anusree Anilkumar won the 2024 MLK essay contest for the 10th to 12th grade category, and her brother Amal Raj Anilkumar repeated as the winner of the art contest in the 4th to 6th grade category.
