UPDATE:
Pearce advances to the area round to face Flower Mound Marcus. Game 1 is Thursday, May 12, at 7:30 p.m. at Little Elm High School. Game 2 will be at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 13. If necessary, the final game will be played on Saturday at Little Elm at 11 a.m.
The Pearce and Lake Highlands baseball teams qualified for the UIL playoffs. Pearce is the District 7-6A champion, and Lake Highlands finished third.
Pearce will play Arlington Lamar High School in the bi-district round. The first game will be at Pearce on Friday, May 6, at 7:30 p.m. Game 2 will be at Arlington Lamar at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7. Tickets are available here. If necessary, Game 3 will begin 30 minutes after Game 2.
Lake Highlands will play Arlington Martin High School on Friday, May 6, at 7 p.m. at Duncanville High School. Tickets are available here.
Game 2 will be on Saturday, May 7, at 1 p.m. at Duncanville High School with Game 3 to begin 30 minutes after Game 2, if necessary.
