Richardson ISD Unofficial May 2 Board Election Results

The complete but unofficial results confirm that two members of the Richardson ISD Board of Trustees were elected during the election on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Each board member will serve a three-year term. 

Eric Eager

Eric Eager was reelected to the At-Large Place 6 seat in the unofficial results, showing he received 64% of the votes, or 4,610 total votes. 

Nazlee Burney

Nazlee Burney was elected to the District 3 seat in the unofficial results, showing she received 63% of the votes, or 653 total votes. Burney will take the seat currently held by Trustee Debbie Rentería, who was elected in November 2020 and chose not to seek re-election this term.

See the Election Night Final Unofficial Results Report from Dallas County. All results are unofficial until canvassed. Official canvassing of votes will occur on Tuesday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the District Administration Building. A canvass verifies that votes were accurately counted during the election.
