The Richardson Retired School Personnel (RRSP) is affiliated with the Texas Retired Teacher’s Association (TRTA.) Active membership in RRSP and TRTA is open to any retired public school employee of the nation who is an annuitant or who is eligible to receive benefits from a Teacher Retirement System.
