School Leaders Across the State Visit RISD

The RISD College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) team hosted educational leaders and peers from across Texas this week at the Berkner STEM Academy to provide information, discussion, and classroom visits to demonstrate the best practices occurring in RISD.

Under the state accountability system, each Texas student is to graduate with a CCMR designation, and RISD’s outstanding efforts in this area attracted interest from the Texas Education Agency to share exemplar practices with other school districts.

Congratulations to RISD’s CCMR and teaching & learning teams for working hard to benefit all students.
