UPDATE: The Lake Highlands girls soccer team defeated Flower Mound to become area champions.

The Wildcats will play Flower Mound Marcus in the regional quarterfinals on Tuesday, April 2, at McKinney ISD stadium at 5:30 p.m.

UPDATE:

The Pearce girls soccer team is bi-district champ after beating Arlington Martin 3-2.  The Mustangs will play Flower Mound Marcus in the area round of the UIL tournament on Friday, March 29, at 5 p.m. at Standridge Stadium in Carrollton.

The Lake Highlands boys and girls teams are also bi-district champs. The girls beat Arlington Lamar 4-0, and the boys squad topped Grand Prairie 2-1. The boys play Prosper High School in the area round at noon Friday, March 29, at McKinney ISD stadium. The LHHS girls also play at McKinney ISD stadium, facing Flower Mound High School at 4 p.m. on Friday.

The Lake Highlands girls soccer team finished second in District 7-6A and will play Arlington Lamar on Tuesday, March 26, at 6 p.m. at Clark Stadium in Plano in the bi-district playoffs.

The Pearce girls finished third to also qualify for the state playoffs. The Mustangs will play Arlington Martin High School on Tuesday, March 26, at 6 p.m. at Pennington Field in Bedford.

Richardson tied for the fourth spot in District 7-6A and faces Irving MacArthur in a play-in game tomorrow, Saturday, March 23 at 10 a.m. at Eagle Mustang Stadium. The winner will play Arlington High School Tuesday, March 26, at Coppell High School at 6 p.m.

Lake Highlands High School’s boys soccer team finished fourth in District 7-6A and will play Grand Prairie High School on Tuesday, March, 26 at 8 p.m. at Clark Stadium in Plano immediately after the LHHS girls game.
