Christopher Poteet was elected to RISD Board of Trustees At Large Place 7 in the June 5 election, per unofficial results from Dallas County.
Mr. Poteet received 56.5% of the vote and runoff challenger Amanda Clair received 43.5%.
Mr. Poteet is expected to be sworn in at the June 14 Board Work Session, replacing outgoing At Large Place 7 trustee Kim Caston.
