Richardson Independent School District is known throughout the region as a leader in educational innovation and student success. The mission of RISD is to ensure that ALL students connect, learn, grow, and succeed through relevant and personalized learning experiences.

For new teachers, RISD is offering a stipend of $1,750 on top of a $57,000 starting salary. New full-time, non-teaching staff are being offered a new-hire stipend of $750. RISD employees also have access to a new employee health clinic that provides non-emergency care to staff members and their immediate family, as well as a new employee daycare that launches in January 2023.
