On November 4, 2025, Richardson ISD voters approved a $1.4 billion bond package aimed at transforming our learning environments. This investment represents our collective commitment to providing every student with modern, safe, and equitable facilities.

Construction & Infrastructure: Middle school transformations, the new state-of-the-art CTE Center, and district-wide lifecycle repairs (HVAC, roofs, plumbing) - $1,338,600,000
Stadium Upgrades: ADA accessibility improvements, energy-efficient lighting, and turf replacement at Eagle-Mustang and Ram-Wildcat stadiums. - $7,400,000
With an $86M allocation, the new CTE Center will serve as a hub for high-demand career pathways, including Veterinary Medicine, Cosmetology, and Engineering.
Status: Design work to begin during the 2026-27 school year.
Other Bond 2025 Projects
The Middle School Transformation is the priority project for the first two years of the Bond 2025 Program (2026-2028). Additional projects included as part of Bond 2025, including specific campus upgrades and restroom renovations will occur during Years 3-5 of Bond 2025.
