Summer Meals Program

Summer Meal Program

Richardson ISD will offer summer meals in June at seven different campuses across the district.

All children age 18 and younger are eligible for these free breakfast and lunch meals made possible through a U.S. Department of Agriculture nutrition program and administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. All meals must be consumed on site. For questions, contact RISD Child Nutrition at 469-593-0102.

“Richardson ISD children need good nutrition year-round so they can learn, grow and succeed in life,” RISD Executive Director of Child Nutrition Alissa Gustof said. “With nearly 2 million food insecure children living in Texas, these healthy meals are vital to nourishing young Texans during the summer vacation.”

The RISD campuses where these meals will be available include Big Springs Elementary, Bukhair Elementary, Dobie Pre-K School, Merriman Park Elementary, MST Magnet, North Junior High and Richardson High School. Please refer to the flyers below for specific times.
