In weekly social media challenges, EDI encourages the RISD community to share pictures and stories using #RISDHonorsHeritage. For Sept. 17, share pictures and stories of your heritage, family, or anything that identifies you. For Sept. 24, say something by introducing yourself to someone new and sitting with them at lunch. Then on Friday, Oct. 1, reflect and share about a Hispanic/Latinx student or staff member who is inspirational to you and RISD. And on Friday, Oct. 8, honoring heritage is ultimately about sharing love. Tell three people that you love them and why.
