There are many opportunities to volunteer in RISD, such as field trips, class parties, assisting in classrooms, and so much more. If you are interested in becoming an RISD volunteer, you must sign up through risd.voly.org.
Please note that each year, every volunteer must update or create a new account in VOLY. The process takes about five minutes, and you will be able to customize your volunteer opportunities based on interest and school.
All volunteers must pass a background check through the VOLY system. Get signed up now and be ready to volunteer at your student’s school during the 2024-2025 school year.
When visiting a campus, all visitors, including parents, who wish to enter a school during the school day should bring a photo identification and anticipate a background check through the Verkada visitor management system
